Hello you great beings of light. Today I found some quotes about feeling your emotions. Sometimes it's hard to feel your own emotions. I know for myself it's very difficult because I feel the emotions of everyone else. Anyway, I thought you might enjoy these today...

Emotions are energy in motion. They bring us information if we are willing to experience them. Unfortunately, many of us are afraid of the energy of emotions and so we automatically resist them. And when we refuse to experience our emotions, we block them up. They become trapped and that entrapment drains our energy and brings continuing discomfort.

Don't let emotions push you into action or reaction. Just STOP and PAY ATTENTION. Allow them to be and to speak to you. Once they are acknowledged, their energy is released.

  1. Hi QS. I like your address, 'great beings of light'...I wish remembering it sometimes was easier! Here's the sedona method that deals with releasing feelings in case it interests anyone.
    The Sedona Method.
    1).Allow yourself to want freedom more than approval, control, security & seperation.
    2).Decide that you can release and be free. Release any doubts.
    3).Understand that all feelings culminate in the four wants:
    a).The want of approval.
    b).The want of control.
    c).The want of security.
    d).The want of seperation.
    Then allow yourself to let go of the wants.
    4).Make it constant. Release the four wants all the time, whether your alone or with people.
    5).If you are stuck, let go of wanting to change or control the stuckness.
    6).Each time you release , you will continually be lighter, happier and more effective.
