Time to stop seeking?

Time to stop seeking?

"If there are so many seekers, why are there so few finders?"

-- Eckhart Tolle

Perhaps we've misunderstood the whole concept of a spiritual journey. The term "seeker" means we are looking for something we believe we do not have now. It places all hope on the future because as a seeker, we haven't yet found our salvation.

Tolle encourages us to experience the truth of who we are by being present right now. If we do that, we don't have to seek anything. We already have everything and can relax and rejoice in the power of being.

"There is surely nothing other than the single purpose of the present moment. A man's whole life is a succession of moment after moment. If one fully understands the present moment, there will be nothing else to do, and nothing else to pursue."

"Why Don't I Ever Get A Break"?

Why Don’t I Ever Get a Break? by Jackie Lapin

Most everyone at one time or another has thought, “I never get a break!”, “Nothing ever goes right for me”, or asked “Why doesn’t my life work?”

It is simple to think that uncontrollable forces are conspiring against us. But who is really at fault here? And what can you do to become one of those people who nearly everything falls perfectly into place for?

Quantum physics is proving that we create our own reality and that the life we currently have is one we’ve manifested for ourselves. We are Conscious Creators, or Un-Conscious Creators, whose thoughts and emotions attract the outcomes we experience. Our thoughts are packets of energy that go out into the world and bring back similar energy.

Do you hate your job? If so, that energy is likely to foster more dissatisfaction and sorrow. And should you seek a new job, you’ll find one that is equally unsatisfying. If instead you choose to picture yourself in a better working environment with happy relationships and supportive co-workers -- and emit that type of thought energy -- you’ll realize an improvement. If you’re having financial issues and focus only on your lack of money, the Universe will match your negative energy with its own and further the lack. However, think of yourself as a happy, wealthy person with an abundance, then money will begin to flow your way. If you’re unsatisfied with your body, then that thought’s energy will keep you stuck in a downward spiral. Begin to love yourself and accept who you are, then you’ll draw joy to yourself and love from others.

What’s likely happened in your life is that you’ve become an Un-Conscious Creator. You are manifesting your future through default. Negative emotions and thoughts guide your existence. Do you want to stop asking “What is wrong with my life?” Then start asking “What is right with my life?”

- Strive to become a Conscious Creator. Form your new life by envisioning it with love! Create an image in your mind of the life you’d like to experience, and include all the outstanding aspects that bring you joy. See your new life in detail … and actually feel it!

- Start to consciously change negative thoughts and feelings. Ask what is the opposite thought you might conjure in your mind? What emotion or thought will produce positive energy that will draw your desired results from the Universe? Think from the perspective of what it would be like to be in the space where your desire is already present.

- Look at your assets and take stock in those things for which you should be grateful. Gratitude is a great place to start the process of transformation. The Universe responds to gratitude by bringing more things for which to be grateful.

- Begin to monitor your thoughts. Are you self-sabotaging your life with negative thoughts and emotions? It helps to keep a list of negative thoughts that emerge in your consciousness. Carry a notepad with you to catch yourself in the act of creating negative energy, and note those thoughts.

- When in doubt, spread love! Compassion, kindness and love are the most powerful thoughts and emotions that resonate with the Universe. These will not only come back to you, but they will help pave the way to your new existence.

Focus regularly on the positives and you’re on your way to transforming your life! Plus, you’ll be helping the world as a whole because happy people add positive energy to the planet’s consciousness and assist in transforming the Earth into a happier, more loving and compassionate place. So do yourself and the Universe a favor -- start Consciously Creating your own joy.

How To Release Negativity

How To Release Negativity by Michelle Beaudry

The past cannot be undone. What you change is how you feel about it.

How Are You Going To Do It?

You're tired of being negative. You're ready to change. You need a plan. Read on, my friend, for this is the process of releasing negativity and restoring your spirit. Change is good.

Fear and Anger Are Killers

Ask any doctor. The stress of feeling badly all the times can easily lead to medical disorders. Your body and mind are a continuum. In other words, although they are not exactly the same, a great overlap exists between your mind and body, uniting them. Relieve your mental stress and your body will be happier, too. It's time to unburden yourself of everything that has been blocking progress in your life by keeping you attached to an unhappy past.

Feeling Better Is a Process

Negativity accumulates in our lives, in our souls, over time. The process of removing it optimally happens in layers. It's best to release as much of each stored neagtive emotion as you can during each sucessive attempt. And of course, you want a safe, private means of release that is as quiet and effective as possible. You can jettison all that old negativity easily and thoroughly by following simple instructions.

Visualization

Sports teams have used visualization to improve their level of excellence for decades, visualizing themselves winning trophies, for example. This same technique that so wonderfully installs positive expectation can also be used to eliminate negativity. This means that you can literally let go of old stored feelings of anger, fear, abandonment, embarrassment, and so on, that have been accumulating inside of you all of your life.

Let a Higher Power Help You

Do you prefer the word God, Source, Universe, Goddess, Higher Self, or do you have yet another name for that which is all that is? Let your choice reflect your tastes, and let your Higher Power help you. For once you release negative energy, your Higher Power can then transform it into something positive elsewhere in the Universe.

Humans Store Emotions Physically

Your body is made of cells, the cells are made of molecules, the molecules are made of atoms, and those are made up of whirling bits of energy; ergo, your body is pure energy. We humans store old memories and emotions in our bodies. That's why the releasing of negativity is a physical, visceral feeling of expelling energy, because energy is what it is, what it all is, what we all are. Ask Einstein.

Examples of What To Release

Fear, anger, rage, abandonment, rejection, guilt, shame, worry, blame, numbness, hurt, hatred, jealousy, and disgust are good places to begin. Your unique soul will know which feelings most need releasing, and in which order to do them. You may need to release some of the deepest ones several times to remove ever deeper layers.

What Does It Feel Like?

Expelling negativity is not a negative experience, it is a relief. For example, when you let go of a deep layer of fear, you do not feel afraid, you feel relieved of fear. Letting go of rage does not mean that you'll be shouting and thrashing about. Rather, your feelings of rage simply pass out of you, and it is a relief. The old negative feelings are fully released and expelled outwards. Releasing negative emotions needn't involve experiencing the pain inherent in any individual emotion. You've already experienced way too much of that. Getting rid of them feels like what it is: a release. It's like taking a gorilla off of your back. It's removing old baggage that does not serve you anymore. It actually feels good. And you will feel progressively better afterwards each time.

Follow Instructions Through the Steps

Get quiet and close your eyes. Be in a quiet, comfortable place without distractions. Vizualize that you are standing in a beautiful place with your arms up, way up, looking up at your Higher Power. Select the negative emotion you first wish to release, and make that happen. Feel it physically leaving your body, sailing up your arms, and then being jettisoned out into space, gone for good, released permanently. Repeat with all the rest of the stored emotions you wish to release. Another approach is to phrase it like this: "I release whatever is obstructing me from my goals," and let the stored emotions let you know what they are as they leave.

Then Restore Your Spirit

Once the bad layers are released, it's best to fill up the spaces they left with something wonderfully positive. May I suggest that you begin the restoration of your spirit with Personal Power, Love, Acceptance, and Inner Peace. Personal Power restores your boundaries to normal settings, Love returns you to harmony with all that is, Acceptance assures you that you are wanted and welcomed in the world, and Inner Peace encloses you in a wonderful blanket of secure and peaceful feelings. Simply visualize each of these in turn, whatever they look like to you, and bring each inside of you, merging and bonding with it, soaking in its individual positive energy, then radiating its clarity and serenity everywhere throughout your person. Think of these as permanent upgrades to your soul.

Is There An Easier Way?

Yes, there is an easier way. "Release Negativity and Restore Your Spirit" is a CD takes you through all the steps in under an hour. Using emotive visualization, you'll be able to have both the release and restoration experiences privately, in your own time, in your own home. You are unique, and may require repeated listenings for full relief. And full relief is what you want. Emotive visualization combines music, narration, and detailed instructions in order to open the hard drive of your subconscious mind and upgrade your files by forming new neural connections.

Feeling Safe

Feeling safe

"Oh the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person, having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all right out, just as they are -- chaff and grain together -- certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and with the breath of kindness blow the rest away."

-- Dinah Craik

We cherish our best friends and our special communities because we feel safe to be vulnerable when we're in their embrace. And yet I have discovered that as long as I identify with my self-image, with my ego, there's no safety possible anywhere. When the ego is on watch, even a dear friend's truth may trigger reactions like anxiety, self-criticism and fear.

The only true safety exists in living the truth of our soul, our essence.

"Open your body and your mind to the subtler levels of experience, letting go of your attempt to control, to be right, not worrying about appearances, not trying to be safe."

The Beginners Guide To Affirmations!

The Beginners Guide To Affirmations! by Lance Beggs

Imagine what would happen if you approached someone and insulted them.

“I hate you! You're ugly! No one likes you! You're a really miserable person!”

Well, apart from receiving a slap on the face or punch on the nose, you're also quite likely to hurt their feelings.

What about saying something positive? Perhaps something like this:

“You are so beautiful. You're a really great person and a wonderful friend.”

Would you agree that this statement should produce a very different result? It will empower the recipient. It builds their self-esteem and feeling of self-worth.

Let's change the scenario slightly. In this case consider how you would feel if someone else approached you with the negative statement. Would you likely be hurt? I imagine so. Now consider your feelings if someone approached you with the positive statement. How wonderful would that feel?

Words are incredibly powerful! There is no truth at all to the old saying, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.” Negative words cut deeply, creating wounds that can last a lifetime. Positive words on the other hand have the power to heal those wounds, and rebuild you better than ever before.

Let's change the scenario again. This time, imagine you're standing in front of a mirror and repeating a negative statement to yourself over and over again. “I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!” How does this feel? Not very nice, is it? How about a positive statement? “You are so beautiful! You are so beautiful! You are so beautiful!” Now, that's much better.

I know what you’re thinking though. You wouldn't do that to yourself, would you? You wouldn't expose yourself to such negativity on purpose.

Well, I've got news for you. Your subconscious mind is already exposing you to tens of thousands of thoughts per day. And if you’re not already totally happy and completely successful, then your thoughts are most likely negative.

Take notice of your thoughts for the next 24 hours. If you're like most people, you'll be quite shocked at the negativity that comes from your subconscious mind.

And that, my friends, is affirmations at work!

An affirmation is simply a statement which you of the repeat to yourself over and over again. The statement may be positive, in which case it empowers you, or it may be negative, in which case it hurts.

Whether you like it or not, you are currently using affirmations. Unfortunately though, you’re not controlling the process and your subconscious mind is subjecting you to a constant barrage of negativity. Negative statement after negative statement after negative statement!

Years of negative thoughts have led you to have negative beliefs about yourself and your life. These negative beliefs led to negative habits. And these negative habits are what led you to the life you live now.

So if you're not totally happy with your life, what can you do about it?

It's really quite simple. You need to take conscious control of your thought process, and replace those negative thoughts with positive ones.

Conscious repetition of positive affirmations will in time lead to your subconscious mind also producing positive and empowering thoughts. These positive thoughts will lead to positive beliefs about yourself and your life. These positive beliefs will lead to positive habits. And positive habits will lead you to a life of happiness and success.

And that's a wonderful way to live!

So using affirmations for personal growth and self-improvement is simply a matter of repeating positive statements to ourselves over and over again. To make this most effective though, here are some simple guidelines:

1. Make the affirmation positive! Say, “I am happy!” rather than “I am no longer depressed!” Can you see how the first is positive while the second is a double negative statement?

2. The affirmation must be in the present tense. Don't say, “One day I will be happy!” Instead say, “I am happy now!”

3. The affirmation must result in good feelings. The more intense the feelings, the faster you will see a positive change in your life.

I personally find that the easiest way to create affirmations is to first write down my current negative thoughts. I then write the opposite of that thought, ensuring it is positive and in the present tense.

For example if you wrote down “I am feeling sad”, you could replace that with “I am feeling happy. I live a happy and joyful life with complete peace of mind. I constantly attract opportunities for happiness into my life.”

You would then repeat this as much as you could, until your subconscious believes it, and starts reinforcing your new way of life.

Try placing a copy on the wall beside your bathroom mirror, so you see it each morning and evening. Place a copy on an index card which you carry in your pocket, and refer to several times a day.

Partner up with an affirmation buddy. Arrange that every time you see or speak to that person, you will say an affirmation to them. And they’ll say one to you. Imagine how good it would feel to hear someone tell you several times a day, “I love you and I value your friendship so highly. You’re a wonderful person.”

If you’re serious about creating rapid change in your life, consider recording yourself saying the affirmation over and over onto a tape or MP3 player, and then listen to this whenever you have a chance. While getting ready for work, while driving to work, during your lunch break, driving home, and while relaxing in the evening. (Don’t do it while your partner is trying to talk to you though. I learnt that one the hard way!)

Commit to this for the next 90 days, and see the changes it makes in your life. I promise you it is incredibly powerful. Remember though, that this is simply one tool in your happiness tool-kit. Don’t neglect your other tools. Continue with your Gratitude Journal, your meditation, your EFT practice, or whatever else you enjoy. And ensure you use your affirmation correctly. Like any tool, if you use it correctly you’ll get great results. If you use it incorrectly, you’ll get poor results. So keep up the repetition until it is subconscious! Repeat the statements with intensity, and really feel how great it would feel to have that affirmation manifest in your life right now.

So, get started now. Create some positive happy affirmations for changing your life.

“I am a happy and cheerful person.”

“I attract joy into my life, all day long.”

“I am deserving of love, and I love myself unconditionally.”

“I accept my body as it is, with gratitude and love. I am a beautiful person.”

“I am a caring and compassionate person.”

“I attract only good people into my life, and build relationships based on mutual respect and love, for the betterment of all concerned.”

Whatever it is, go for it. Enjoy the process! It can be great fun.

Getting Started With Aromatherapy

Getting Started With Aromatherapy - Easy Ways To Enjoy Essential Oils by Misty Rae Cech

Getting Started with Aromatherapy

Beginning 'bona fide' aromatherapy, beyond burning a scented candle or soaking with a pleasing pre-packaged bath salt blend, can be a little daunting to many people. All those little bottles of pricey liquids, electric contraptions, and fancy-sounding blends - how does one actually use essential oils to improve their health, happiness and well-being? It's easier than one might think - getting started can open a whole new world of fun and effective natural remedies that can lift your mood, calm your nerves, and support healing of a great many common ailments.

The basics of aromatherapy are simple, once a few fundamental concepts are understood. Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils - the aromatic compounds of plants, extracted through steam distillation or other methods. The oils act as the chemical messengers and protectors of the plant kingdom. Each essential oil can contain hundreds of different 'volatile' (easily evaporated) compounds, most of which are very compatible with the physiology of the human body. What's so wonderful is they can also do for us what they do for plants - act as chemical messengers through affecting our smell sense and limbic system, and defending the body against foreign invaders by their anti-bacterial and anti-viral actions. In this article, we'll focus on the mental and emotional effects of aromatherapy, and address the physiological aspects at another time.

Essential oils are best used in one of two simple ways: through inhalation, where the oils can directly affect certain areas of the brain, and through topical application, where the oils are easily absorbed into the bloodstream. (Note: Oral ingestion can be an option, but only under experienced medical supervision - further, SOME OILS CAN BE TOXIC, and other even seemingly harmless oils should not be used under certain conditions. If you are pregnant, or have specific medical needs, consult a knowledgeable practitioner before continuing!)

Inhalation of Essential Oils

Essential oils when inhaled directly effect our limbic system, the brain's emotional centers. Many oils have been found to sharpen concentration, reduce tension and anxiety, and even reduce depression. How can we reap these magnificent benefits? There are a few simple, cost-effective ways to prepare essential oils for inhalation - and experience these wonderful effects: the 'handkerchief method', making your own 'smelling salts', and making your own aromatherapy 'mister'.

The handkerchief method is pretty straightforward - put a drop or two of an oil or blend on a tissue and inhale (careful with some oils though - peppermint, for example, can burn the sensitive skin around your nostrils if put in direct contact). You can even leave the tissue (or 'handkerchief, or piece of cloth, or cotton, or whatever) in a room or your workspace and the oil will continue to evaporate and have its effects.

Making your own 'smelling salts' is similar, though your preparation will last a while longer. To make the salts, fill a small vial (dark glass with a good cap is best) with natural sea salt and drop essential oils into the salt. The amount of oil is not too critical - enough that there is detectable aroma, and not so much that the salt gets completely wet. Just unscrew the cap and inhale from the bottle whenever you need a lift, or, like the handkerchief, leave the vial open in your space, letting the aroma slowly fill the area.

A 'mister' can be used infuse a room with aroma - just add essential oils to water in a small spray bottle, shake (before each use) and spray!

Here are a few easy recipes for the inhalation method (Note: in all recipes, the number of drops of oil and/or amount of carrier can be used as a ratio, which you can increase or decrease as you need):

For uplifting the mood and brightening the mind - 4 drops of Rosemary Cineol, 3 drops of Lavender, 2 drops of Lemon and 1 drop of Peppermint, OR 3 drops Clary Sage, 2 drops Bergamot and 1 drop Sweet Orange.

For calming anxiety - equal parts of Roman Chamomile, Bergamot and Orange, OR 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Neroli and 1 drop Bergamot.

For creating a harmonious atmosphere - 3 drops Jasmine, 1 drop Ylang Ylang and 1 drop Sandalwood, OR equal parts Geranium, Patchouli and Bergamot.

Aromatherapy Massage

Now for the topical application method. Usually this is described as aromatherapy massage - ideally, this is done with a partner, but self-massage will work as well. Creating your own massage oil is a straightforward process - just dilute 10 - 20 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil. There are a variety of carrier oils available, though Sweet Almond is a great all-around oil and is recommended for general aromatherapy massage. As for the massage, itself, any technique will do - let your intuition be your guide. When you wish to get a little more advanced, do a little further research to create synergy with certain essential oils and certain acupressure points.

The same blends for inhalation can be used for massage, though here are a few more fun recipes:

For a sensual massage, per ounce of carrier oil, add - 8 drops Sandalwood, 6 drops Rose, 4 drops Lavender and 2 drops Ylang Ylang.

For opening the heart, try 4 drops Spikenard, 4 drops Lavender and 2 drops of Rose.

Finally, for sheer relaxation, use 6 drops Lavender, 4 drops Neroli and 2 drops Bergamot.

Don't be afraid to create your own blends! You will certainly find particular oils that you enjoy - and aromatherapy is like that. It is the oils you find most enjoyable that are likely those that are most effective for you. My only recommendation is to change the ratios of oils you are blending very slowly. Start with one drop of each oil in a small vial, mixing them and allowing a few minutes for them to blend before adding more oil 1 drop at a time. In general, citrus oils ( Orange, Bergamot, Lemon, Lime) tend to bring alertness while calming at the same time. Herb oils (Peppermint, Rosemary) tend to be invigorating, while floral oils tend to be relaxing (Lavender, Chamomile, Jasmine, Neroli). This is only a guideline - many oils have complex properties and will affect individuals differently - use your nose as a guide.

Conclusion

Getting started with aromatherapy is easy, and with these simple ideas, you will be able to create essential oil preparations tailored to your needs and enjoyment. This can lead to a lifelong appreciation of these wonderful gifts from nature.

Self Awareness

Self Awareness

"To acquire knowledge, one must study;
but to acquire wisdom, one must observe."
- Marilyn vos Savant

Do you want something to change in your life? Then you need to create change as you go through your normal day. To do this, you need to learn to be fully present -- moment by moment by moment.

The process to bring change is quite simple, really. We need:

•To STOP and pay attention - to be fully present.

•To really see and feel what’s going on inside and outside of us.

•To choose - consciously - a new way of being and doing in that moment.

While it’s a simple process, it’s not that easy to do. Why? Because most of the time we’re unconscious! We live on autopilot, stuck in familiar old habits, and we can’t see our way out.

It’s moment by moment, day by day, little shifts in inner awareness that miraculously transform the quality of our lives.

YOU are Opportunity

"What is opportunity, and when does it knock? It never knocks. You can wait a whole lifetime, listening, hoping, and you will hear no knocking. None at all. You are opportunity, and you must knock on the door leading to your destiny. You prepare yourself to recognize opportunity, to pursue and seize opportunity as you develop the strength of your personality, and build a self-image with which you are able to live -- with your self-respect alive and growing."

Smudge Sticks For Clarity and Balance

Smudge Sticks

What are they? Why would you use one? How are they made? What’s in them?

Well ... Smudge Sticks are bundled herbs. Usually sage, lavender, rosemary, thyme or any “woody” herb. The bundles can also be infused with essential oils and sometimes resins are used in them as well.

They are used for ritual work, cleansing of negative energy from the home, to invoke spirit and meditation. They can also be burned simply as an incense. Smudging is a ritual from Native American tradition. The idea behind smudging is that the smoke attaches itself to negative energy and carries it away, cleansing it at the same time so the negativity does not end up somewhere else.

Smudging can be used when you have felt ill, depressed, down, confused, unable to focus, have had unwanted guests, or just not yourself. I also use it with grounding meditations for balance and clarity.

You can purchase smudge sticks online or you can make your own! I prefer to make my own as not only do I grow my own herbs but I know then that all the energy within the smudge stick is pure and of positive energy.

To make a smudge stick gather the herbs you wish to use. Lay them out to dry. Once dried it will take some practice to get them laid out correctly to tie them into the bundle. You do not want too thin of a bundle as then it will burn too fast, although “woody” herbs do burn slower you will want a fairly thick bundle. Once you have them laid out properly tie them with a thin string, I have used kite string, thin twine, and sewing thread.

Once you have the bundle tied you light the tip and blow it out so that the stick will smolder and smoke but not continue to burn, just like a stick of incense.

To do a simple cleansing on your home to rid it of negative energy light the stick with a wooden match, wood matches are always preferred in ritual work over a lighter. Using as natural of materials as possible is key. Once lit walk about the parameter of the home paying close attention to corners, doors, windows, mirrored walls, and closets. Walk in as circular of a pattern as possible, fanning the smoke as you go. Before you begin this process it is best to have a clear intent for your work. Making a short prayer or statement as to why you are doing the smudging and what your intended purpose for it is will do.

Smudging can also be used in healing work by fanning the smoke over a person to pull out toxins and negative energies and replacing them with the healing abilities of the herbs. You can fan the smoke over the whole body, certain points of the body that need special attention or by fanning over each chakra point.

Smudge sticks can also be used to clean ritual tools such as crystals. Simply fan the smoke over the items and give thanks to both the item being smudged as well as the smudge stick for their help.

When putting your smudge stick out it is best to have a fireproof receptacle such as a shell, ceramic dish, etc. You can use sand, dirt or even the receptacle itself to tamp out the smudge stick. Just be sure it is extinguished before leaving it unwatched. Usually a smudge stick will go out on its own once you stop fanning it however it is always best to be safe making sure it is really out.

See below to order smudge sticks online or information about using smudge sticks and their history.

July 11, 2010..New Moon Solar Eclipse Brings Serenity and Peace to ALL!

Invocation meditation for the New Moon Solar Eclipse....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqX136H7CH0&feature=related

Divine Dispensation through the Cosmic Rays
July Solar Eclipse to September Equinox

The Cosmic Rays hold the highest quotient of Source Light. They can be described as vibrational frequencies of Divine Unfolding Light emanating from the heart of Mother/Father God. They bring with them particular qualities, colors, and sonic vibrations that are integrated within our various energy bodies and holographic signature, and allow us to be fully integrated with our Soul and multidimensional aspects of Self. They help us to step into the timeless, infinite and eternal NOW through the immortal understanding of our true nature.

Many of us are prepared to actualize our Avatar bodily form with unlimited ability in wielding sacred fire for the benefit of humankind. These Cosmic Ray transmissions through the planetary crystalline matrix will tremendously assist in the activation of the dormant DNA, our Causal Body abilities and our true nature as master beings of light.

Under the guiding light intelligence of many cosmic beings including the ascended masters, our solar logoi, several star nations and galactic light councils, these grid transmissions of the Cosmic Rays will be divinely radiated through the Crystalline Grid each new and full moon cycle for the next 12 weeks, beginning with the New Moon Solar Eclipse on July 11 and through to the September Full Moon Equinox.

These transmissions are a Divine Dispensation, gifted to everyone with the only requirement being your fearless willingness and dedicated focus to clear remaining egoic resistances and actualize your highest potential as a divine sovereign being of supreme light. Where your attention goes, energy flows. We are now being called to the fore as so much is riding on the raising of our collective frequencies.

Everyone Benefits

Those of us serving in different roles or who are not quite ready to make this leap into full multidimensional embodiment, can also greatly benefit. The influence of the Cosmic Rays can take us into much deeper understanding of our Divine Purpose, as well as giving us the needed spaciousness for greater insight and swift clearing to particular personality patterns still in stages of transformation. The internal pressures that many of us have been feeling will be lifting into great buoyancy and sustained feelings of exquisite beauty and joy.

Brought to my attention by my collegue: SARAH, Healing Connection

Invocation to the Cosmic Ray of Solar Service

I call upon the Overlighting of the Company of Heaven, Helios and Vesta,
Nature Intelligence and Mother Earth,
As I align myself through Mother/Father God,
and my Higher Light.

Through the amplified energy of the Sun and new Moon,
I ask to be taken in Soul Consciousness into the Unity Grid of Light,
Within and around this Earth plane,
And connect to the Light workers, star seeded ones and Beings of Light
along this Crystalline Matrix of Light.

I now call upon Helios and Vesta,
And ask to be taken through a portal of Light, a dimensional doorway,
Into the Ascension Seat and heart of the Sun,
So I may experience the amplified frequencies of Love-Wisdom,
So I may bring through the key codes for this Golden Age of Light.

As I enter into this Ascension Seat and new Healing Chamber of Light,
I am surrounded in a beautiful copper-gold flame of Light,
Letting go of all that is not of the Light .
I now merge with my multidimensional Selves at this dimensional level,
And activate the remembrance of my Highest Potential,
As this sacred Master Being in Service to the Divine.

My perfect Adam Kadmon Blueprint of Light,
My etheric, electronic body of Light,
Through the downloads of Light
spiralling forth from this Cosmic ray.

I now bring through the new Ascension Codes of Light,
Through this Cosmic ray of Solar Service,
and anchor and activate these key codes within the Unity Grid of Light,
Allowing these Ascension Codes to be available for all Life on this Earth plane.

I now direct the energy of the Cosmic ray,
And this beautiful copper-gold flame of Light,
Into all those areas within and around this earth plane,
Needing these amplified frequencies of Love-Wisdom.

I now bring a focus to the Gulf of Mexico,
And the oil spill within the oceans of this world,
And through the power of manifestation,
Assist in shifting this polarity timeline
Into one of reverence for all Life.

I am a Child of the Sun,
An Ambassador of Light,
In Service to this Earth and Solar System.
I manifest all that I need in reverence,
abundance, joy, Love-Wisdom and harmony.
I Am That I Am.

How To STOP Being A People Pleaser..Just Say NO!

You have to learn how to say no to people if it's interfering with what your goals are and especially if it's derailing your efforts to accomplish your goal. Learn how to say no to people who only have their self-interest in mind. You're reaping the rewards of knowing how to prioritize and how to say no to people and commitments you cannot handle. It’s hard to get your priorities right if you don’t know how to say no to people. Learn how to say no to people who make unreasonable demands on you.

Yourself

Whether you say "yes" instead of no out of guilt, inner conflict, or a misguided notion that you can "do it all," learning to say no to more requests can be one of the biggest favors you can do yourself and those you love. Most importantly, this tactic helps you avoid letting yourself be pressured into over scheduling your life and taking on too much stress.

There is everything wrong with you helping and then needing help yourself and not getting it. Helping others all the time will drive your boat right into the swamp and you are stuck, sometimes to a point where you can not find a way out by yourself. Do you find yourself always complying with other people’s requests, being angry inside you, but doing what they asked you to do. You find yourself saddled with responsibilities that you would rather not have. Good advice, saying No to people can be very hard but we all have to learn how to do it or else you will drive yourself crazy as others dictate what you do.

You turn into a people pleaser (not good) and before you know it, you’re doing everything for everyone else and not for yourself (does that make sense. After saying no, remove yourself from the situation, just in case the guilt sets in and you change your mind – which will only hurt you in the future, since that person knows they can play on your guilt. To summarize: 1) keep your voice firm but polite, 2) ‘close’ your answer, and then 3) remove yourself from the situation. You can't walk away from your role as a caregiver, but you can protect yourself so that it doesn't consume your life.

Teen Launches On-Line Anti-bullying community

Philly teen launches on-line anti-bullying community
Philadelphia, PA - Recently local high-school student Joey Kemmerling was talking to school security, reporting anti-gay graffiti that was aimed at him in a school bathroom. Such instances have become almost commonplace for the Council Rock High School South sophomore, who has decided to fight back against school bullying —— not with his fists, but with dialogue. Kemmerling, 15, launched The Equality Project, an online community that gives victims of bullying a forum in which to share their stories —— and an effort that is growing by the day: At press time, The Equality Project’s Facebook page had more than 4,700 members, started offering its own line of merchandise and recently formed a board of executives. If can be reached at http://www.theequalityproject.net/

While The Equality Project is meant to foster awareness and prevention of all types of school bullying, the initiative grew out of Kemmerling’s own fight against anti-lgbt sentiments at both his middle and high schools. The teen said he started to realize he was gay in the fifth grade and made the decision to come out three years later, as a student at Richboro Middle School. Kemmerling said the reaction of his classmates rapidly deteriorated from the initial awkwardness to physical altercations in the locker room. Kemmerling said he and his parents finally went to the police after a student threatened to light him on fire and he saw no support from his school administration. “When I talked to my principal, he said, ‘Well, you know you don’t have to be so open about it, maybe calm it down a little.’” and I said. He says that the bullying has continued in high school.

The pervasive bullying he’s faced has made Kemmerling consider taking his own life many times, he said. It was the Internet that pulled him back. “Every time I thought about killing myself, I’d go on Facebook and talk to guys who’d help me through it,” he said. He had the idea of launching a discussion group dedicated to raising awareness about bullying at his school, but school administrators would not give him the go-ahead, so he brought that effort to Facebook. The Equality Project launched as an online forum for students to share their own experiences with bullying and offer one another the same support Kemmerling saw in his Facebook interactions. Kemmerling said overseeing the site has helped to heal some of his own wounds. “Whenever I get discouraged, I look at the stories and think, ‘OK, I’’m not alone. . . I have to take all of my feelings and put them to good use,” he said. (Philadelphia Gay News - Jen Colletta at epgn.com)
